Chiropractic is the core of the practice. Energetic Chiropractic is a gentle, noninvasive option built on the Network Spinal Analysis technique, with sessions of about 15 to 20 minutes using light, precise pressure along parts of the spine. Back pain and neck pain plans begin with a full assessment and may include adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, ergonomic advice, soft tissue therapy, posture education and stress management. Care for auto accidents, workplace injuries and slip-and-fall incidents can combine chiropractic work, exercise guidance, traction therapy and nutritional counseling.
Spinal decompression is offered without surgery for herniated discs and sciatic pain, with a hands-on component alongside the equipment. Every patient receives a posture pump to take home. The practice also notes that auto accidents, work injuries and slip-and-fall incidents are among common causes of disc-related nerve pain.
Beyond the spine, the practice runs supervised weight loss programs with lifestyle coaching, therapies and personalized nutrition plans, starting from a medical history review, nutritional evaluation and goal setting. Functional nutrition evaluations can include bloodwork or urinalysis. Stress Transformation Coaching helps clients identify and reduce stress triggers, and neuropathy treatment can draw on chiropractic care, nutritional support and spinal decompression.
Hours are Wednesday from 4PM to 7:30PM, with Tuesday and Thursday visits by appointment only. The practice is closed on Sundays.
