The Face Space was created by owner Joshua Rivera after he worked in a franchise spa in Houston. The studio is built around taking time with each client before any treatment begins.

Both estheticians at the studio are licensed. Before a visit, clients are asked to share their current skincare, recent treatments and any sensitivities. Estheticians learn about each client's skin, explain the options and suggest a treatment. Facial and Hydrafacial services can be personalized after a discussion of skin, routine and preferences.

The studio pairs practical skincare education with a restorative treatment experience. Facials range from a 60-minute personalized facial to a 90-minute extended facial. Hydrafacial treatments run from a 30-minute express version to a 90-minute platinum version. Microneedling begins with a consultation to review skin history and suitability, and chemical peels range from a 45-minute custom peel to a 90-minute alternative peel.

Booking is by appointment only, either online or by contacting the studio. Gift vouchers and skincare products can be bought through the website. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company that sets its own eligibility, rates and terms.

Estheticians take time to understand each client's skin, explain the options and suggest a treatment, combining practical skincare education with a restorative experience.
