About

The Eyelash Vault was launched by Shantal Grant, who is also a co-founder of Instacurve. The business describes itself as a go-to destination for eyelash enhancement in South Jersey, and says its aim is safe, high-quality service for both everyday looks and special occasions.

Services include individual classic lashes, individual volume lashes and strip lashes, along with lash lifting and lash tinting. The salon states that its eyelash technicians are licensed. Appointments are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 9pm, Thursday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm; the salon is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Booking a full set requires a $50 non-refundable deposit before the appointment date. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead reschedules the visit or turns the deposit into salon credit. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up is charged at 50% of the service, with the deposit applied toward that fee. Clients have a 9-minute grace period for lateness; arriving later means rebooking and a 50% fee. Clients are asked to avoid eye makeup and to skip moisturizer around the eyes for the 24 hours before a visit. Treatment may be postponed if certain eye conditions are present, and the client is rebooked once the eye is healthy.

After a service, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours, and swimming is allowed after 48 hours. Touch-ups every two to three weeks are recommended to keep extensions looking their best, and extensions should be removed only by a trained lash technician rather than at home. A loss of half the lashes is charged as a full set.

Eyelash Vault Academy runs a Classic Training Course for Beginners, listed at $750. The course covers classic technique, isolation, and placing one extension on one natural lash, along with sanitation, safety, tweezer use, lash styles and weights, lash mapping, placement and marketing tips.

The business focuses on safety and quality for both everyday and occasion looks, and pairs its salon work with hands-on training for people who want to learn classic extensions.
