West University appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by phone, and walk-ins are accepted when a chair is free, though booking ahead is recommended. Richmond appointments are made by calling or texting the studio, since that location is not on the online booking system, and the Richmond location is offered to women only.
Clients can ask to reschedule or cancel at least 5 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made later may be charged a 100% fee. Free parking is available to all clients. West University is open Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
