The facial menu starts with a Custom Facial, a 60-minute treatment tailored to the client's skin, concerns and goals. A shorter 45-minute Express Custom Facial suits regular maintenance. Other options include a Back Facial, a Face + Back session of 90 minutes, a 75-minute Custom Facial that adds a neck and décolleté treatment with a shoulder massage, and a 45-minute Dermaplane Service.

Advanced treatments center on Collagen Renewal, a microneedling session followed by red light therapy. A consultation is included in the $250 price, and new clients pay a $50 deposit to book. A neck and décolleté add-on can be combined with it, and it must be booked alongside Collagen Renewal.

Group options include Guided Skincare Party workshops for at least four guests, which include all products, and Spa Parties and Lux Spa Parties for four or more guests that can be hosted off location for a travel fee. Smaller add-ons such as an Oxygen Infusion Dome, a scalp massage, dermaplaning and a beard treatment can be added to a facial. Kids and teens have their own gentle facials, and brow and lash services include lash lifts with tint, brow shaping with tint and brow lamination.

Booking policies include a 25% cancellation fee, with clients asked to contact the salon as early as possible to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required beforehand. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday for longer daytime hours, Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Thursdays.

Keisha pairs evidence-based skincare with a whole-person perspective. Work centres on protecting the skin's outer protective layer, targeted treatments for existing concerns, and results that are achievable over the long term.
