Clients book through the GlossGenius app, either with a specific professional or by choosing a service category. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment, and the salon accepts payments.

About

Lash work is a large part of the menu, including classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume Russian sets, lifts, tints, and a lash class priced at $850 that runs 360 minutes across one full day or two half days. Fills follow set timing: 1 week fills within 7 days, 2 week fills within 14 days and 3 week fills within 15 to 21 days. Fills need enough natural lashes remaining, about 60% for 1 week fills and about 40% for 2 and 3 week fills, and fills taken after 21 days are charged as a full set. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

Facials range from a 25-minute teen glow to a 90-minute luxury facial that includes dermaplaning and an enzyme exfoliation. The glass skin renewal facial combines dermaplaning, an enzyme peel and an Argireline mask, and the acne clearing facial is recommended every two to three weeks. Body and skin options include radiofrequency, microneedling, ultrasonic cavitation for the jaw and neck, body sculpting and a buy-four-get-two sculpting package of six treatments.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice through the app. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or do not show are charged 50% of the appointment price. Reminders go out one hour before the appointment, and clients with sick or contagious symptoms are asked to reschedule. The salon is open Monday through Friday, mostly until 8 PM with Wednesdays until 9 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. It is closed on Sundays.

Services are grouped by category, with clear timing and maintenance rules for lash work and online booking through an app.
