A $27 booking fee holds the appointment, and $25 of it is taken off the balance on the day of service. The remaining balance can be paid by Zelle, cash, credit card with a fee included, or Tap. One reschedule is allowed within a 24-hour window through the booking site, and the same deposit carries over. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness; later arrivals may be cancelled and add-ons may be turned away. Appointments must be booked under the name of the person receiving the service, and a booked style cannot be changed at the salon.
