A visit starts with a brief intake and a conversation about the client's goals, history and recent habits. Licensed professionals then explain the options and review whether a given treatment suits the client. Staff adjust the infusion pace and check in during the session. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome.

Licensed nurses oversee drips and shots. The Medical Director, P. Douglas Young, does not see clients at the location and works with the licensed medical professionals on staff.

High dose vitamin C sessions are customized after a consultation that reviews health history, wellness goals and recent treatments. Basic blood tests or labs may be run beforehand to confirm suitability and set the dosage, and the site also lists lab testing through its booking form. Most high dose sessions last 60 to 90 minutes. The infusion uses ascorbic acid with magnesium, calcium and potassium, and glutathione and magnesium are suggested as add-ons. Some Health Support Drips may need a brief fit-confirmation before treatment.
