Appointments are recommended and can be made online, by phone or by text. The lounge accepts HSA and FSA cards, major credit cards and DRIPBaR gift cards.

New clients pay $35 for a Good Faith Exam before their first service, a health review conducted by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. The exam remains valid for up to 12 months, so returning clients whose exam is still current do not need to repeat it at every visit. A first visit typically runs about 60 to 75 minutes. Returning clients often spend 30 to 60 minutes on most lifestyle drips and roughly 10 minutes on many IM shots. Guests are advised to drink water and have a light meal beforehand. Intake consists of a brief conversation with licensed professionals about wellness goals and the options available.

Guests recline in heated chairs and can request a blanket, water or tea. The lounge also offers a quiet room, free Wi-Fi and charging for devices. Drips are prepared on demand inside an ISO Class 5 sterile isolator hood, using components from FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Texas-licensed Registered Nurses insert each IV, check vitals and monitor the guest throughout the session. Medical direction is provided by A.D. Thakkar, M.D., who oversees clinical matters but does not see clients on site. According to the business, its staff train in sterile compounding procedures set by the United States Pharmacopeia and receive routine refreshers, and the business states that it holds LegitScript certification.

Travel is free within 15 miles of the lounge. According to the business, IV nutrient therapies have not been approved by the FDA and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, take regular medications, have allergies or have a complicated health history are asked to consult the Licensed Medical Team before selecting a drip.

Care is delivered by nurses under medical direction, with a health review before the first service and a discussion of each option before anything is given.
