The DRIFT Salon focuses on men's haircuts and grooming, and its relaxation sessions were added after clients asked for the shampoo that follows a haircut to last longer. The salon describes its own experience as a relaxation experience, and relaxation sessions are open to both men and women.

Haircut packages include a consultation, a tailored cut and a style. Relaxation add-ons include a massaging shampoo with a hot facial towel, scalp and neck massage and a hot towel neck shave, and the longer versions add more massage time. Beard shaping and a gray blending color service are also available. Women can book a dry cut with natural styling, a hair brushing session or a shampoo with hair drying and styling.

Facials are given on a heated facial bed and include steaming, cleansing and a clay mask, with 30-minute and 60-minute versions. Eyebrow and outer ear waxing are also offered. Appointments are required and are booked online or by phone, up to 365 days ahead and no less than 2 hours before the service. Payment is by cash or Zelle only, and cancellations are governed by a 24-hour window before the appointment.
