Clients new to the salon, or anyone with questions or a special occasion in mind, are asked to book a free consultation first. Consultations take about 15 minutes and can be held by FaceTime, by phone or in person. Any chemical service, including color, bleach, relaxers and texturizers, requires a chemical consultation in person beforehand, and that rule also applies to extension pieces. Prices for chemical work are given at that consultation.
The salon is in Suite 307 of a suite building on Valdez Street. Street parking is available and can be paid through the ParkMobile app with a zone number. A parking garage on Webster Street, the Alexan Webster garage, has a walkway to Valdez Street. The space is accessible, child-friendly, pet-friendly and has Wi-Fi, but it has no waiting area. Hours are Tuesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.
