The salon opened in June 2021 in a single suite in Sterling Heights, founded by Michaeline Holman, and has since grown into a five-room spa. The name honors the founder's late grandmother, whose handmade jewelry often featured a dragonfly.

About

Clients can use a lounge before and after appointments to work, relax, or arrive early or stay late. The salon welcomes all skin types, all bodies, and every comfort level, including men and first-time clients.

Facials are customized on the day of the appointment to each client's skin. Visits begin with arriving about 10 minutes early to complete an intake form and talk through goals. According to the salon, it is known for custom facials and for expert waxing and sugaring, and it states it has more than 200 five-star reviews.

The salon's clients come from eight nearby communities: Macomb, Utica, Warren, Troy, Shelby Township, Clinton Township, Rochester Hills and Sterling Heights. Picking up products locally costs nothing. Skincare and sunscreen, among other items, can be purchased online or as gift cards.

Facials are customized to each client's skin on the day and aim to leave clients feeling better about their skin than when they arrived.

Warm, bold colors, plants and textures make the rooms feel like a family home rather than a clinical spa.
