Medical direction comes from Dr. Neil Vranis, a board-certified plastic surgeon who serves as Medical Director. A consult is required before a first microneedling session to confirm the treatment is suitable. The consult takes about twenty minutes and, with a patch test, costs $65. Certain medical conditions and medications rule out microneedling, permanently or temporarily, and the studio publishes a contraindications list. Clients are asked to pause retinoids and strong exfoliants for five days beforehand and to skip alcohol the night before.

Each visit follows five steps: the consult, numbing, microneedling with a hyaluronic acid booster, a cryo cool-down, and progress tracking between visits. Numbing is offered beforehand and is optional for most treatments. Sessions also include LED red light therapy after numbing. Every needling cartridge is single-use and discarded after the session. Makeup can be worn after 24 hours following maintenance depth, or after 48 hours following deeper remodeling work.

Single sessions are available without a membership: The Reset for the face is $285 and The Reset+ for the face, neck and décolleté is $345, both valid for 12 months. Monthly memberships are $197 for face microneedling with The Reset Membership and $267 for face, neck and décolleté with The Reset+ Membership. Memberships include one maintenance session a month, a hyaluronic acid booster, LED red light, a cryo finish, a personalized skin plan, progress tracking, medical team access and exclusive member content. Members can pause or cancel with two weeks' notice.
