The business sells a range of hair products under its own names. These include the Dopë Beach Wave and Dopë Girl Curl hair, the Exotic Ocean Wave hair, matching closures for the Dopë Girl Curl and Exotic Ocean Wave lines, the Dopër Iron, the Dopër Stick and the Edge Tamer. Gift cards are also offered.

Hair is not included in the service price, so clients should plan to bring their own. Before an appointment, clients are asked to have hair thoroughly washed, free of gel, flakes and oil, fully detangled and completely dry, unless that preparation has been added to the service. Clients should also tell the stylist about any scalp or hair condition, or any cold or illness, before arriving.

Booking is governed by firm terms. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours ahead through the link in the confirmation email, and cancelling or rescheduling forfeits the deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $25 fee added to the balance, and an appointment is cancelled if the client is more than 20 minutes late. Clients who cancel or reschedule twice are removed from the client list. Appointments outside business hours can be requested by phone or email, with a fee that varies by service and time. Appointments take place in a private suite where only the client being serviced is present.
