The business was founded by Brandi Freeman, who came to the beauty industry after many years in corporate pharmaceutical and IT work. She has owned a lash studio in Texas for more than five years. The studio trains new lash artists through certification classes, with a $250 deposit and $850 tuition that can be paid over time. The business says its class covers material that other training programs and cosmetology schools do not.

Facials are aimed at clearing pores, removing dead skin cells and addressing concerns such as acne, dark circles and signs of aging. Body contouring is a non-surgical option meant to reshape an area of the body, reduce cellulite and reduce excess fat, using RF therapy, wood therapy or post-op lymphatic massage. Makeup appointments are booked with the in-house makeup artists, with Natural Glam at $60 and Full Glam at $85.

Skin tag removal uses a high-frequency probe after the area is numbed, and full healing takes 7 to 14 days. Microblading costs $399 and includes a touch-up, and the business says the brows it creates are fuller and natural-looking and do not smudge or slide during exercise or showers. Clients can book The Doll Experience Package, and gift certificates are sold.
