Facials are built around a set of named treatments. Every facial includes a consultation, cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and moisturizing. The Peace of Mind facial uses plant-based masks mixed for each client's skin, the Lift Me Up is a gua sha facial that follows the lymphatic path, and The Healer is an extraction facial using goldenseal and high frequency for skin healing. The Blow Me Away and Daymaker facials both use oxygen, with hyaluronic serum or layering, and the Sunkissed uses cool towels and an aloe jelly lift off mask. The Autumn Spice uses a pumpkin enzyme mask with cinnamon added to the massage, and the Quick Fix is a 30-minute express deep cleanse built around one goal chosen before the visit. Add-ons at $25 each include high frequency, gua sha, eye and lip treatments, a jelly lift off mask and Atoxelene, which can only be paired with the Daymaker or Blow Me Away.

Massage is booked by time rather than by style, because the therapists are trained in many types of massage and bodywork. Clients who want a particular approach, such as cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release or lymphatic massage, can ask to be matched with a suitable therapist. Prenatal sessions use bolsters so clients can lie face down if they choose. Massage add-ons at $25 each include CBD massage oil, cupping, a cooling foot polish, foot reflexology, gua sha and a warm rosemary scalp ritual. Reiki and Energy Balancing, combining Reiki, chakra balancing, chi gong and polarity therapy, is offered in 45-minute sessions for $100. Reiki is not massage, so clothing stays on and clients recline on a table under blankets, with time at the end to talk through what came up.

Two ways to combine visits stand out. The Autumn Ritual package pairs a 60-minute massage with a 60-minute facial for $300, or $150 each, with the two done back to back and a changing room between them. Darling Day lets a client come in with a friend and have services done at the same time, followed by a treat, with no extra charge beyond the services booked. Darling Day appointments are arranged by phone, text or email.

Some services have preparation rules. Lash lift and tint requires arriving without makeup or contacts, and lashes or brows should stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Body waxing needs hair at least one-quarter inch long. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a charge; late cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price.
