Each visit begins with a consultation. The haircut appointment runs about 60 minutes and includes a scalp-massage wash, a blow dry, and a cut with styling. The wash and style runs about 45 minutes and includes the same consultation and wash with thermal styling in place of a cut.
The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
A 100% cancellation fee applies when a guest does not show up for an appointment, and a 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the service.
