The menu is grouped into manicures, a dry pedicure, extensions, nail art, removals and repairs, with optional add-ons for hands or feet. Manicures range from a dry buffing service with no product to gel and polish options. The Smart Pedicure is a waterless pedicure on dry skin that includes shaping, callus treatment, exfoliation, a sugar scrub, warm steamed towels, lotion and a massage. Gel and polish manicures include a Russian manicure, and the gel manicure for routine upkeep includes removing any lifting before rebalancing the existing enhancement.

Gel extensions use hard gel and dual forms for sculpted length. Nail art is priced in three tiers by complexity, from simple designs on a few nails to 3D art, gems, charms and detailed work. The portfolio shows examples of simple nail art, cat eye art, complex art and a dual form short square extension.

Repairs cover chipped, cracked, lifted or broken nails. Repairs needed within 7 days of the original appointment are complimentary, and after that repairs for up to 3 nails cost a $20 fee.

Booking policies: cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Services are organized around natural nail care and the timing of upkeep, with dry, polish and gel options for different maintenance cycles.
