Hair is the core of the menu. Services include curly cuts, custom color sessions timed by appointment, and custom color plus curly cut sessions. Hair treatments use Olaplex products, including the Olaplex Bond Shaper Curl Rebuilding Treatment, and styling services are also offered. Skin care includes Euro facials and hydro exfoliation facials. Natural nail manicures and pedicures are offered alongside the IBX Natural Nail Strengthening System; hard gel, acrylic and nail extensions are not offered. Waxing covers Brazilian and bikini services, and brow and lash styling is available.

Spa Day packages bring together a hair service, a Euro facial and a pedicure in one appointment. They are sold in series of 3 or 6 mini spa days, with the third or sixth visit discounted or free. A Wash Day Series of three Wash Day experiences is also offered. Consultations cover hair, hair color (in person only), skin, and whole self sessions, including a Facial Skin Analysis and Regime Consultation. A consultation is not required before any service. Service prices vary and are listed per service on the booking site.

Booking has a few set policies. A credit card is needed to reserve, but it is not charged until the appointment is completed. Requests are approved or denied by the owner, and a waitlist is available Wednesday through Sunday. Appointments are generally booked on a rotation of about every three months. Cancelling after confirmation incurs a fee of 50% of the total appointment price, and a no-show is recorded if the client has not arrived fifteen minutes after the start time without notice, with the full price charged. Groupon offers are for new clients only for hair services, while Groupon packages that include a facial and hair service are open to everyone; only one voucher is allowed per customer, and refunds are handled by Groupon. The salon does not see children under 11. The site reports an average rating of 4.7 from 52 reviews.
