The cutting menu is built around curly hair. A new client visit runs 120 minutes or more and includes a consultation, a personalized cut, a clarifying treatment, a styling lesson and product tips for care at home. Returning clients book a 90-minute-plus visit that opens with a progress review and ends with updated product recommendations. Between full cuts, returning clients who had a full curly cut in the last three months can book a shorter dry dusting and trim, while a big change needs a full cut.
Color services include gray coverage for up to an inch of growth, all-over color or gloss touch-ups, and mini, half and full foil highlights with customized foils and gloss. Foil highlights must be booked alongside a haircut or Wash and Go. Prices for color and highlights depend on length, density and how much product is needed.
Booking opens one month ahead. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours notice, and a late cancellation carries a fee of half the reserved service amount. A waitlist sends email or text alerts when a slot opens from a cancellation, but it does not notify clients about future openings.
The studio focuses on helping clients care for curly hair between visits, with styling and product guidance built into the appointment.
