The Curl Lounge was founded and is owned by Xian, a Master Stylist and curl specialist. The salon describes its mission as helping clients embrace their natural texture and feel more confident in their hair.

Services are grouped into New Client, Returning Client, Add-ons, Color, Extensions and Other. Returning clients seen within six months can book a Curly Cut, which is a dry shape-up or trim, or a Curly Style, which covers clarifying, styling and drying without cutting.

Add-on treatments include Deep Conditioning, K18, Moisture Detox and Olaplex Bond Shaper Curl Rebuilding, with To-Go versions of several.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 10:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice and must go through the automated link sent by text or email. Changes within 48 hours carry a 50% fee on the booked services unless a retainer was paid, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. A valid card on file is required, gratuity is not included in prices, and all sales are final. Hair should arrive dry, washed, detangled and in its natural state. The late grace period is 9 minutes, or 5 minutes for appointments of 45 minutes or less. Children must be able to sit still, only one parent or guardian may be in the shop with a minor, and other guests wait in the car.
