The menu centers on the DevaCut, a dry-cut method in which each curl is shaped on dry hair. The technique was created by the Devachan Salon. DevaCut Express is a trim and dusting service of 30 minutes or less with no sink work, suited to clients who had a full DevaCut within the past three months; first-time DevaCut clients are advised to book the full service. Pintura applies color directly to curls without the traditional heat and foil process. Pintura Highlights are listed at $400 and need an in-person consultation first, Pintura Highlight Retouch is listed at $250, and a Pintura highlight and DevaCut combination is listed at $350.

Consultations are a regular part of booking. In-person and FaceTime consultations are each listed at $25, and a creative consultation is listed at $50 for about 1.5 hours by appointment. A compassion menu covers hair detoxification, deep detangling for matted hair and scalp rejuvenation. Clients must arrive with hair detangled and lightly styled, and most services do not accept buns, ponytails, braids or twists. Adjustments made within two weeks of a service are free.

A $10 late fee applies ten minutes after the appointment start, and appointments are subject to cancellation after 20 minutes. Services are not refunded, but a concern can be remedied if reported within 72 hours. Payment is accepted by cash, Square, Venmo, Cash App, QuickPay and Zelle. Gift cards are available for purchase.

Product choices are made to suit each client's hair rather than limited to one line, and clients are shown how to use products and style their own curls. Clients may also bring their own products to appointments.
