Clients book through the business's online booking site. Requests sent by Instagram, email or text are not accepted. A $50 deposit is due at booking, and the remaining balance is paid at the appointment by credit or debit card or in cash.

Colour work starts with a consultation. Clients booking colour, whether they are visiting for the first time or coming back, need a consultation ahead of any colour appointment. The salon does not offer same-day consultations or same-day colour services.

Deposits are non-refundable, but one transfer to a new date is allowed if the client gives at least 48 hours' notice. Canceling without rescheduling, or failing to reschedule within 48 hours, forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to book again. Changes and cancellations are made through the link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, are treated as no-shows and charged the full price of the service. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, the service may not be completed and the deposit is forfeited. Completed services are non-refundable, though cut and color adjustments may be made.

Products and packages can be bought online, and gift certificates are offered. Gift card balances can be checked on the booking site.
