Salon appointments include shampoo, and packages add a steam treatment. Clients who want a trim, a hydration treatment or a tea tree treatment (suggested for scalp irritation) can add those to their visit. Each install comes with one included fix within 24 hours; fixes after that window carry a fee. Hair a client supplies, or products a client brings in, are not corrected if the result is affected by them.

The salon is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Visits after 4 PM on weekdays or weekends carry an after-hour or squeeze-in fee of $40, depending on availability. Appointments cannot be rescheduled or changed within 72 hours of the appointment time, deposits are non-refundable, and each deposit allows one reschedule. Clients who no-call, no-show cannot book again. Clients should arrive with hair detangled and the previous style removed, or a $30 fee applies.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, which needs approval before the appointment. The salon no longer accepts Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay or cash. Photos and videos are taken during services, and clients who do not want their face shown can say so.

The business also rents a private suite by the day for licensed stylists at $65, with shampoo towels included and proof of license required. Human crochet hair, a crochet maintenance product and a crochet vendor e-book are available, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount.

The salon focuses on crochet installs that are low tension, look natural and neat, and are meant to support hair health and growth.
