For facials, the menu runs from 90-minute treatments such as Jasmine, Platinum Collagen Mask, Peppermint, Vitamin C Firming, Whitening and a Gold Peel Off Mask with Argan Oil, which all include neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage, to 60-minute enzyme facials at $90 with a choice of Cherry Berry Chocolate, Pumped Up Pumpkin, Pineapple and Papaya, or Zesty Orange peels. Acid peels are $105 and come as a glycolic Age Reform peel or a salicylic Clarifying Peel, which is suited to oily skin. Dermaplaning is $80 or $45 as an add-on to any facial, and microdermabrasion is $85. The Cove Hydro-Facial ($150, about an hour) uses hydro dermabrasion with glycolic and salicylic acid, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Luxury and Ultimate facials with a peel-off mask are $135 and $155.

The spa's body menu features the Premier Slimming Wrap at $99, an herbal full-body wrap that can be paired with a Teakwood infrared sauna. Massage choices run from bamboo, cupping and trigger point work to pregnancy, hot stone, deep tissue, foot and Swedish massage. The massage therapists practise on site, and a few also accept appointments through their own online booking pages. Memberships can be purchased for massage services.

Waxing is offered for women and men, with a numbing solution available on request. Prices run from $10 for the nose to $89 for a full leg, and Brazilian waxing is $69 for existing clients and $79 for new clients. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting are $30 each. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with full sets from $130 to $170 and fills recommended every two to three weeks. Lash extension pricing varies by provider, and some other prices may vary slightly per provider. Hair services are provided by independent stylists, and nail services by individual nail technicians, some of whom book online.

Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro. The spa is open Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Sunday by appointment; some therapists may offer times outside these hours. Gift certificates are available by calling the spa, and the spa offers memberships, special occasion packages and monthly special packages. Everyone working at the spa is an independent contractor, and staff aim to build a personal relationship with every client.
