Owner Pilar Rivera works across the menu as a cosmetologist, haircolorist, lash technician, makeup artist and hair stylist. Services cover brows, hair, hair color, lashes, makeup and waxing, and several are grouped into bundles for special occasions.

Hair color appointments start with a consultation. New clients booking a color service must book a consultation first, which includes strand and patch tests and a conversation about hair goals. Color correction is scheduled after an in-person consultation, and full blonde sessions are priced after one as well.

For quinceañeras and similar events, the Mis XV bundle combines a hairstyle, makeup and a home-call service into one appointment of about 150 minutes. The price depends on the chosen hairstyle and makeup, and bookings are accepted only after the look has been discussed in advance.
