Bodywork ranges from a traditional Swedish-style massage to Therapy Massage in 60, 90 or 120 minutes, which begins with a short consultation. Other options include MyoFascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, cupping (which requires a consultation first to establish need and benefit), Chakra Stone Massage with hot lava rocks, Himalayan salt stones and chakra stones, and a 90-minute LomiLomi Huna session that opens with a cleansing and intention ceremony. Red light or infrared is included with any body therapy session, and CBD pain relieving or aromatherapy oils are available on request at no extra charge.

Facials are grouped into several menus. Essential Skin Care includes a cacao facial, a custom organic Euro facial, a facial made for men's skin, an herb and aromatherapy facial using custom blended oils, and a 90-minute deep clean facial designed for sensitive or acne-prone skin, with a series available at a special rate after a professional evaluation. Skin Rejuvenation and Skin Resurfacing & Rejuvenation add a probiotic four-step facial, a microcurrent treatment, an LED light facial that the spa describes as using an FDA-approved system, a radiofrequency treatment that the spa describes as safe, effective, noninvasive and non-surgical, and an oxygen-based diamond facial after a pre-treatment consultation. Products are organic and earth and animal friendly, and treatments use proprietary and custom-formulated products mixed in the clinic during the facial.

Holistic Therapies covers reflexology, a CranioSacral session with Reiki and crystal healing, Brain Tap meditation paired with low-frequency sound and PEMF, and a sound bath using crystal singing bowls that can be added to most treatments. The Shamanic Transformation Journey draws on Native American traditions and uses smudging, sound healing and meditation. Because it uses strong herbs, the spa encourages clients to talk through their concerns with their guide before booking.

Huna Lounge is a self-guided infrared redlight sauna experience in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions. Each journey can include an infrared or dry sauna, massage rollers, hot stones, a paraffin dip and an oxygen bar with settings from 30 to 90 percent. Guests also get unlimited organic tea, water infusions, light bites, noise-canceling headphones and meditation playlists.

For clients who want a longer plan, the ReAlign 5 Day Immersion is a custom program for discovering, transitioning and reconnecting. The ReAlign 90 Day Program pairs one-on-one wellness coaching and private fitness plans with spa therapies, with weekly check-ins in person or virtually and text or voice support between sessions.
