It covers hair history, the look a client wants and how long color changes realistically take. Pricing is based on hair density, length, regrowth and any extra services, so quoted starting prices can change at the appointment.

Visits are scheduled by timing. Express root color takes about 75 minutes, while full blonding transformations can run close to 5.5 hours.

The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with Wednesday and Sunday closed. Cancellation and no-show charges apply: a no-show is charged the full cost of the services booked, cancellations within 24 hours are charged half, and same-day cancellations are charged 75 percent.

Color plans are built around each client's hair history and goals, with a realistic timeline set at the consultation. The salon focuses on blending and regrowth so color stays manageable between visits.
