Color and blonding are the core of the menu, including gray coverage, dimensional color, highlights, balayage and all-over color. Treatments include L'ANZA systems, K18, Lasio keratin smoothing and hair botox, and these are priced separately from blowouts. The salon is recognized as a L'ANZA Healing Center, according to the salon, and it uses L'ANZA professional color and healing haircare systems.
Bridal services run in the salon and on location, seven days a week. Bridal Color Journey is a planned series of appointments before the wedding that can include color, glosses, balayage, gray coverage, treatments, trims, extensions and keratin smoothing. Audriana Rossano personally coordinates every bridal experience booked with the salon.
Memberships include a monthly gray coverage root touch and the Blowout Society tiers, which give a set number of blowouts per month along with retail discounts and extra styling and treatments. Membership billing happens on the 1st of each month, and unused services do not roll over. Memberships can be canceled after an initial three-month commitment with at least 72 hours notice before the next billing date, and they can be upgraded at any time with the same notice.
Every new guest has a consultation before the first appointment, where the artist reviews services and confirms pricing. Prices are starting rates and services are booked a la carte. Corrective or major color changes and extensions are priced after consultation, and corrective color requires an in-person consultation and a $150 deposit applied to the service. New clients keep a card on file and sign a New Client Contract at their first visit. Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by messaging the salon. Changes and cancellations more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while changes within 24 hours, no-shows and arrivals more than 30 minutes late are charged the full booked amount. Tips are not included in prices and can be paid in cash or Venmo.
The salon states that guest satisfaction is its top priority and that hair health is weighed alongside color results. Each service is personalized from the consultation through to the finish.
