According to the founder, the lab uses serums and biotech-based products to renew and revitalize hair. The treatment menu includes Olaplex, keratin, clarifying and deep conditioning services, alongside single-process color and toning.

Color options range from face-frame and partial or full head highlights to partial and full balayage, a balayage tip out, and vivid, pastel or platinum work. Corrective color requires a consultation before it is priced. Keratin treatments start at $325 and may carry extra fees based on hair length and volume. Other listed prices include women's cuts at $100, blowdries at $50, and wedding styling starting at $125.

To secure an appointment, the salon asks for a credit card on file and a $100 deposit, which is applied to the total for the booked services and is non-refundable. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. A change made with less notice carries a fee of half the reserved services, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full reserved amount.

According to the founder, the lab works with serums and biotech-based products to refresh and rebuild the condition of the hair.
