Color service prices are starting prices, and the final amount depends on how much product is used. Balayage, Custom and Corrective Color is charged by the hour and requires a consult and deposit first. Highlight services include a bond builder and toner, and the blow dry or haircut can be added to the color.
The salon says it only works with companies that are working to lower their environmental impact while meeting high luxury beauty standards. It also states that its retail product line offsets carbon dioxide through reforestation and woodland protection projects.
Booking is available online through the website. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and no-shows are charged 100%, both to the card on file. Clients arriving 20 or more minutes late are asked to reschedule, and any outstanding fees must be settled before another service can be booked. Clients who are unhappy with their color or cut should contact the salon within 48 hours. Refunds are not given; a complimentary adjustment service may be booked instead. Children aged 8 and under can be seen by appointment and must be fully supervised by a guardian.
