Members also receive $1 off each unit of Botox or Dysport, $50 off each syringe or vial of injectables, 10% off facial services and skincare, a light peel in their birthday month, and a complimentary upper face and jaw/neck Botox treatment when four or more syringes are used in one visit.
Booking and cancellation rules are clear: cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge, while later changes or no-shows forfeit the booking fee, and appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are moved to the next available time. Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 14 days, and no refunds are offered on services rendered. Patients also receive a $25 credit for each person they refer.
