The color menu covers full color, partial and full highlights, and hand-painted balayage. Partial French balayage covers the crown only and is typically booked between full balayage appointments, while full French balayage is tailored to skin tone, maintenance level and hair goals. Face framing highlights and glaze, which adds shine and protection, are also offered. Full highlights use foils throughout the head.

Haircut options include a women's cut for new clients, a loyal client cut, a shorter express cut, bang trims, a girls cut, a men's cut and a kids cut for ages 12 and under. Blow-dry and style services are available for quick finishing. Eyebrow and lip waxing is offered, priced by service. Brazilian Blowout treatments are priced after a consultation.

Booking can start with the $50 Signature Consultation, a 30-minute personalized session. Clients who are unsure which stylist suits them can complete a form about their hair goals and be matched with one. The salon also hosts La Sposa Studio, which offers bridal hair, makeup, brows, and bridal apparel and gifts.

The building includes suites for rent. Salon suite 1 is 250 square feet with a large window and costs $950 a month with utilities included. A 350-square-foot premium suite is also available, priced on inquiry. Suites include access to a washer and dryer, a backbar sink and storage, a shared kitchen and break room, a private staff bathroom, handicap accessibility and a parking lot.
