Brow services start with a 15-minute Express Brows. The 45-minute Signature Brows includes shaping and a tint, which the business says lasts up to two weeks on skin and up to four weeks on hair, and tweezing is offered for clients sensitive to facial waxing. Lash options range from removal and touch-ups to refills and full sets in classic, hybrid and light volume styles, plus custom Signature Sets of hand-made, lightweight lashes up to 20mm in wispy, angel and mega volume looks. Signature Full Sets include a lash bath and retention booster, and the business says extensions can last up to six weeks.
Facials are built around a choice of treatment. The Oxygen Rx Facial (1 hour 10 minutes) uses a controlled oxygen release and is listed as suitable for all skin types. The Signature Facial (1 hour 30 minutes) adds double cleansing and exfoliation, aromatherapy, a neck, shoulder and upper chest massage, a hand and foot treatment and a mini aftercare kit, with the exfoliation chosen from hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning or enzymatic options by skin type and concern. The HydroGlow Facial combines hydrodermabrasion, lymphatic hydromassage, a hydrojelly mask and shoulder and upper chest massage, and is described as gentle enough to repeat every two weeks with no downtime. First-time HydroGlow clients can request a sample aftercare kit.
The Virtual Skincare Program includes monthly products or tools, a monthly virtual consultation, a full yearly consultation and a routine that changes as skin improves, with discounts on full-size products and in-house services for members. The VIP Membership is a monthly program with four tiers, from Minimalist at $89 a month (1 credit, 10% off additional services) to Ambassador at $259 a month (4 credits, 30% off, one free add-on and a waived base travel fee for mobile services). Multi-service packs are also offered for clients who book more than one of a favorite service.
Appointments are booked online with a non-refundable 25% booking fee. Changes can be made online up to 24 hours ahead, same-day changes are charged the remaining balance, and no-call/no-shows are charged and banned from online booking. Clients 15 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Guests are welcome but cannot wait in the service room, and children under 12 are allowed only if they can be left alone. Payment is by cash (exact change only), card or Zelle, and there is no ATM in the building. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with the studio closed Sunday through Tuesday.
