The clinic says it has years of hands-on clinical work in laser hair removal and describes its laser as premium-class. Treatments use the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus platform, which the clinic says is made in the USA. The clinic also calls this platform the most advanced and most clinically effective option available, a claim it makes about itself.

A visit starts with a consultation, offered free before booking, that covers contraindications, preparation, and questions about the laser and recovery. Each session then begins with a setup using single-use materials and marked treatment lines, followed by aftercare guidance. Cryogen cooling is used during treatment; the clinic describes this compressed gas as non-toxic and non-flammable. Treatment is not offered to anyone under 18.

Areas can be booked one session at a time or as courses. Courses by area typically run 6 to 10 sessions depending on hair and skin characteristics, and packages come in 3, 6, 8, 10 or 12 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Full Body (9 areas) is listed at $750 per session or $6,750 for 12 sessions, and Full Body Unlimited at $900 per session or $8,100 for 12. Prices are in USD and may vary by skin type and area size.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card held as a guarantee, with no deposit at booking. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours ahead; later changes carry a fee of 50% of the service price, and a no-show carries 100%. Clients who arrive 15 to 30 minutes late may be declined with a 50% fee. Package buyers can cancel for a full refund within 3 business days of signing. Pets are welcome in the waiting area but not in treatment rooms.

The clinic says it adopts clinically proven equipment and adjusts its methods as new research comes out. Each session is structured from consultation through aftercare, with clients asked to avoid waxing, sugaring, tweezing and home epilators for 4 weeks beforehand and to shave the area 12 hours before.
