Each visit begins with a conversation about what the client wants from their hair and what it needs, and the studio treats the appointment as a joint effort. Clementine plans each service after talking through goals, maintenance and hair history. The studio also encourages bold color and tests new formulas in-house.

The menu is grouped into Color, Cuts, Spa, Styling and Add-Ons. Color covers highlights, balayage, ombré, custom placement, gray coverage, vivid fashion shades and corrective work. Cuts are shaped around texture, daily routine and the movement a client wants. Spa services cover scalp care, conditioning, cleansing and a keratin smoothing treatment meant to reduce frizz. Styling includes blowouts, heat styling and curl-focused work.

Some services need extra planning. Balayage, vivid color, lightening and color correction ask for recent photos and inspiration images when booking, and vivid and correction work requires a photo consultation. Because customized services can run long, the schedule occasionally runs behind, so clients with a firm time limit are asked to call or text ahead.
