The menu is grouped into hair services, hair color and treatments. Haircuts include trims, a big chop, or shaping and body added to the hair, and a kids' cut is offered for guests under 10. A blowout is a cleanse, condition and blow dry with custom brushwork and product. A bang trim is a quick standalone service.
Color options range from a demi-permanent gloss or re-tone that refreshes existing highlights to root touch-ups that cover up to an inch of new growth with gray coverage. Highlighting comes as partial, full and baby lights. A partial highlight covers the top and front of the head, a full highlight covers the whole head, and baby lights use more and finer foils than a full highlight. Highlight appointments run 150 minutes or more.
Treatments include a deep conditioning treatment customized to the hair and a deep exfoliating scalp treatment. Keratin is offered in a standard and an express version. According to the salon, the standard keratin lasts up to five months, and the express version lasts up to six weeks and reduces styling time. A Double Xpress combines an express root touch-up with an express keratin treatment. Gift cards are available.
Bookings and payments go through the booking platform. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
