Hair packages come in traditional and closure versions, with price tiers by hair length. The higher-quality option uses hair the studio describes as colouring well, which it says can last up to one to two years. Quick weaves, sew-in installs, ponytails and touch-ups are offered separately.
For sew-in installs, clients supply their own bundles, which should be washed, dry and free of thread, with no cut-up bundles. Natural hair should arrive washed, detangled and free of product.
Touch-ups are short maintenance visits. A full sew-in maintenance visit of about 45 minutes retightens the tracks and closure and finishes with a recurl or basic straighten, while a basic closure visit of about 15 minutes only retightens the closure. Closure maintenance is cancelled if the install is more than four weeks old.
Hair package bookings are due by Wednesday at 8 PM the week before, and deposits and packages are non-refundable. Appointments need confirming before the appointment day, a late fee applies for arriving 10 minutes or more late, and cancellations inside 24 hours carry a charge of half the balance. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced.
Sew-in installs include a moisturizing treatment and scalp oiling so the client's natural hair is cared for during the install.
