The business was founded by a beauty professional with a background in dental hygiene, who spent 15 years in dentistry before moving into beauty. The salon says it was built on three principles: safety, health and outstanding service, with the aim of enhancing each client's natural look while celebrating their individuality.

Brow services range from lamination and a lamination-and-makeover option to ombre, combination and microblading. Nail services include acrylic sets and refills, manicures, several pedicure styles and a combined mani-pedi. Facial options include anti-aging, deep cleansing, microdermabrasion and an acne treatment facial. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, legs, arms and stomach.

The salon rents 10 by 10 private suites from $150 per week. That weekly rate covers utilities, Wi-Fi, round-the-clock access, a shampoo bowl, and parking. Renters retain all income from their work. A referral program provides free rent. The suites suit beauty professionals across several fields, including lash, hair, braiding, skin care, nail, brow and permanent makeup, and makeup work. Prospective renters may schedule a no-cost tour of a suite.
