Policies are straightforward. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean forfeiting the appointment. Services and products are final sale and are not refunded. Redos are considered only if the salon is notified within 72 hours of the original service.

Blonding is done with hair health as the priority, and looks are kept soft and blended so they suit each client's lifestyle and how often they come in.
