Services are organized into four groups. Relax includes 30-minute Clearlight infrared sauna sessions for $40 and Neo Advanced Light Therapy, which the salon describes as targeting skin rejuvenation. Recover covers compression therapy for the hips and legs, lymphatic drainage, a touchless BOA MAX2 lymphatic drainage treatment of 40 to 50 minutes for $79, sports massage, slimming and cellulite care, lipolysis and cavitation, and cryo pain management and cryo slimming through packages.
Rejuvenate focuses on the face. It includes Advanced Skin Imaging, a skin assessment covering hydration, pores, sebum, texture, pigmentation, aging, UV damage and wrinkles; Aerolase laser treatment with a 650-microsecond laser and NeoClear, NeoSkin Rejuvenation and Tightening, and NeoSkin Melasma and Hyperpigmentation options, with sessions up to 60 minutes; medical-grade chemical peels including AlphaRet Professional Peel 30, BioRePeel and VI Peel; the Préime DermaFacial, which combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, oxygen infusion, radiofrequency and lymphatic drainage; DermaFuse, a needle-free facial using electroporation with Intense Hydration, Collagen Booster, Smooth, Bright and Lipo Elim options; and Holistic Facial Infusion by Osmosis, a non-acid treatment using Retinaldehyde and the Revitapen Pro.
Renew covers body and skin treatments and IV care. EMFACE is a non-needle facial treatment for the cheeks, forehead, submentum and eyes. EXION Clear RF, EXION Fractional RF Microneedling and EXION Body are also offered, and a consultation can explain how EXION treatments work, which areas are recommended, expected results and timelines, and pricing. EMSCULPT NEO body sculpting is a 30-minute session for areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, arms and calves, which the site states is FDA-cleared. IV Drip Therapy is a customized blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fluids given over 30 to 45 minutes, and the Fountain of Youth IV contains Glutathione, B vitamins and Vitamin C. MIC B12 Lipotropic intramuscular injections are also available.
Memberships are a large part of the offering. Unlimited Light and Unlimited Sauna are each $149 per month and include one daily session (a 10-minute light session or a 30-minute sauna session) with 10% off additional services. Basic Wellness is $188 per month for 8 services and Premium Wellness is $268 per month for 12 services, both including infrared sauna, light therapy, compression recovery and lymphatic drainage sessions, with 5% and 10% off extras. The Neo Glow Up membership is $349 per month and includes one chosen treatment, a professional skin analysis and 10% off skincare products. Most memberships have a six-month minimum or commitment, membership vouchers must be used within the same month, and appointments must be cancelled 24 hours ahead.
Prospective clients can book a free consultation to talk through skin and body concerns and goals; the booking form lists it at $0. The intake form asks about fine lines and wrinkles, loss of firmness, uneven tone or texture, acne scarring, and cellulite or body contouring. Packages for IV drips, body contouring and cryo services must be used within six months to one year, and packages of 8 to 10 sessions within 8 to 10 months. Unused sessions lapse at expiry and cannot be refunded. Payment plans and gift cards are available, along with an online shop for clinical skincare. Accepted payments are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Affinity Card. Nothing offered is meant as medical advice or a way to identify, manage or guard against any illness.
