The studio's stated philosophy is that intimate waxing should never feel traumatic, embarrassing, rushed or painful. The studio describes its Brazilian wax as the best in Scottsdale, a claim that comes from the studio itself.

Bookings are made through an online booking site that is available at any hour. Brazilian appointments usually take under 15 minutes, and the front takes under 10. The studio uses a mix of hard and soft wax chosen for each service. Both are applied at a low temperature and are described as hypoallergenic, rosin-free, fragrance-free and vegan. Aftercare products made for waxed and intimate skin are available, and aftercare is talked through during the visit. A hydrojelly cooling mask can be added to Brazilian and bikini services to help ease redness and inflammation right after a wax.

Clients who are unsure which service they need can book the closest fit and reach out once the appointment is confirmed. Men can book body and facial waxing, while intimate waxing is offered to women only. Clients who are menstruating may still be waxed using a clean tampon or menstrual cup, or they can reschedule within the cancellation window.

Preparation matters for a good wax. Hair should be around a quarter inch long and should not be trimmed beforehand. The studio may trim hair longer than about an inch, which changes the technique. After shaving, at least two weeks of growth is needed, and three to four weeks is best for a first wax. Shaving between waxes is possible but not recommended. Cancellations made within 48 hours carry a 50% fee. A 5-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving 7 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show, charged 80% of the booked services. Fees go on the card on file, and any outstanding balance must be cleared before booking again.

The studio's philosophy is that intimate waxing should feel comfortable, unhurried and free of embarrassment, and the team works to keep it that way.
