The salon offers these extension methods: Covet Concealed Method, Natural Beaded Rows, Invisible Bead Extensions, Habit Extension Methods, Mesh Integration, and Keratin Fusion (K-tips). Beaded rows give full coverage while touching the scalp at only a few points. Pricing varies with a client's natural hair and the outcome they're after, and is set during a consultation. To start, prospective clients fill out the online New Extension Guest Form and upload pictures of their present hair and the look they want. Within one to two business days the team reaches out to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation by phone or in person at the salon, where colors, lengths and textures are discussed. A deposit is taken at that consultation, and only after it can an installation be scheduled. Upkeep visits are advised every six to eight weeks.

A new extension install includes color on the natural hair, custom coloring of the extension hair, installation and a finishing haircut. The 18-inch install (one to three rows) starts at $1,395 and the 22-inch install (one to three rows) starts at $1,585, with the 22-inch length reaching the natural waist for most people. Move-up appointments are priced by row and by stylist level, from $215 for a one-row Junior move-up to $550 for a three-row Master move-up.

For hair loss in the crown, the salon offers Mesh Integration, a hair system worn daily that the salon describes as offering coverage similar to a wig. The Crown Solution consultation is free and lasts 45 minutes. Custom curly options need more lead time and cost more. Mesh ReFits are recommended every six to eight weeks and include removal, cleansing, re-attachment, and a shampoo and blow-dry of natural hair.

On the color side, the salon focuses on low maintenance results. Signature Dimensional Color is low maintenance and needs minimal processing time, while Express Dimension refreshes color only around the hairline and partline. Power Blonding aims for very bright results with little dimension. A free 30-minute color consultation is available. Brazilian Blowout smoothing, deep conditioning and haircuts can be added to any color service. Services are for ages 16 and over. Cancelling within 72 hours of an appointment incurs a fee of 50 percent of the service, capped at $150, which must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
