The brow menu centers on microblading, which is done with a manual, disposable blade-shaped tool rather than a machine and creates individual hair strokes. It suits patchy, thin or uneven brows and works best on normal skin with small pores, since oily skin can cause strokes to blur and spread. Microblading usually takes two sessions, sometimes three, with a touch-up 4 to 6 weeks after the first session and an annual touch-up recommended to keep the color. Fading depends on sun exposure, metabolism and skin type. Microshading gives a powdered, ombre-style brow that lasts 2 to 3 years, and combo brows combine the two methods. The business describes its microblading results as virtually undetectable, which is its own claim.

Skin services include microneedling for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and uneven texture, along with BB Glow Skin microneedling sold as a single session or a series of three. Treatments should be at least 6 weeks apart, with no more than 8 per year. Vitamin C and acidic ingredients should be avoided for 4 weeks afterward, and Botox should not be used for 4 weeks before or 2 weeks after microneedling. Facials use chemical-free herbal products from India, and steam extractions are available as an add-on.

The studio offers threading on the face, brows and other areas, plus waxing with Nufree wax for sensitive skin, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination. A 25% deposit is taken at booking and cannot be refunded. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, and a late reschedule means the deposit is forfeited. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be recorded as a no-show and charged 25%, and a declined card means the appointment is turned down. Each client may bring one guest. Children under 13 are not permitted in the studio, and clients must be 18 or older. Vouchers apply to first-time clients only and can't be used for touch-ups. Consent for microblading, microshading and microneedling, along with the lash lift and tint form, is completed online.

Brow work is done by hand with a blade-shaped tool and planned across several sessions with annual touch-ups, and skin treatments follow set spacing and aftercare guidelines.
