The studio was launched in 2016 by Nicole Blankenship, its founder and artist. Before opening a storefront in 2019, she worked from a mobile setup and from a salon suite in the Dallas area.

Brow services include shaping and sculpting with razors, tweezers and trimming (no waxing or threading), plus several tattooed styles: hand-drawn hair strokes, a hybrid of hair strokes with soft powder shading, fine machine-drawn strokes, and powdery shading. Lip work covers lip blushing and lip neutralization, which is designed for deeper or melanated lips and usually takes two to four sessions. Other services include Pico and Fract-Tat laser tattoo removal, PicoSure Pro laser facials, Procell Therapy MicroChanneling, the Glo 2 oxygen facial and a combined Trifecta protocol.

Visits are by appointment only. First-time clients book a consultation before any service; the consultation can be held in person or on FaceTime, and its fee is credited toward a later service or package for 12 months. A separate skin assessment consultation is offered. Pre- and post-care guides are published for brow, lip blushing, microneedling and laser work, and clients can book through an online Boulevard page linked from the website. Parking is out front or in the lot behind the building.

The studio says it was named the best microblading studio in Dallas for eight years in a row, was voted best microblading studio in Dallas by Modern Luxury Dallas for 2019 through 2024, and was named a top microblading and permanent makeup studio by Paper City. It also says it has completed over 60 training sessions, treated more than 5,000 clients, and was featured in Anna Mae Groves' guide to microblading and in Mentors Collective.

The studio describes its approach as people-first, with excellence as a constant standard.
