The Brow Lounge is a studio on Montwood Drive in El Paso that focuses on brows, with waxing, semi-permanent makeup, facials and lash services alongside. Brow work is planned for each client. The appointment begins with a custom mapping step that takes into account bone structure, natural brow pattern and the shape the client wants. Options range from simple waxing and threading to brow tinting with dye or henna, brow lamination for a fuller, softer look, and semi-permanent powder, microblading and combination brows.
Semi-permanent makeup is performed by licensed Texas tattoo artists. Microblading and combination brows are among the offerings, along with lip blush and ombré powder brows, which are offered with no guests in the room. Previous semi-permanent makeup work carries a $100 upcharge, and the client must send a photo for approval before booking. Retouches are available only to the studio's own clients, usually 8 to 12 weeks after the first session, and are not offered after 18 months. Aftercare for permanent makeup asks clients to avoid sun, tanning, swimming, Botox and water on the brows for 7 days.
The Skin Bar offers facials and peels performed by licensed Texas estheticians who are PCA trained and certified. Facials run one hour and include a hot towel and massage. Options use PCA products for sensitive skin, acne-focused treatment steps, vitamin C serums, oxygenating treatments and deep cleansing, as well as a Hydrafacial-style service using hyaluronic acid serums. Dermaplaning is also offered, with an optional HydroJelly mask at extra cost.
The studio says it won first place for Best Waxing Studio and Best Lash Bar in 2025, placed second for Best Spa in Best of El Paso Magazine, received bronze for Best Spa from The City Magazine in 2025, and was named by Mode Magazine as one of the top woman-owned businesses of 2025.
