The Brow Haven by Catt operates out of the owner's home in Davenport, FL 33837. Because the studio is a private space that serves one client at a time, every appointment is one-on-one with Catt Reyes, the owner and brow technician. Brows are the core of the work, and the studio combines threading, tinting, lamination and mapping to suit each client's shape and goals.

Brow options range from a 40-minute eyebrow threading visit at $15, which includes a consultation and brow mapping, to a 45-minute threading service with a personalized tint at $32. Brow lamination is offered without tint at $65 or with tint and threading shaping at $85, a 60-minute service suited to filling sparse areas, taming unruly brows and creating a lifted shape. The studio says results from the tinted lamination can last up to six weeks with proper care. Facial threading covers the chin and upper lip for $10 each, or the full face for $35 in 35 minutes, which includes brows, lip, chin and sideburns. Waxing includes brow waxing for $25, lip waxing for $10 and a 60-minute waxing with tint for $40.

The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM, and it stays closed on Sundays. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation made later carries a 50% fee. A no-show is billed the full service total, and rebooking after one may require a deposit. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may lose their booking privileges. When several appointments are made together, guests who come along may be asked to remain in their car until their own service begins. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
