The studio designs each client's brows and lashes around their face shape, skin health and personal style, rather than offering one standard look. Team artists are encouraged to bring their own creativity to each appointment so that every client has a experience of their own.

The studio describes itself as a safe space where all guests can connect and relax, and says it uses the highest quality products and techniques. Brow shaping includes waxing, tweezing and styling, and can also add makeup to fill and highlight the brows. Teen brows keep the design natural and full, and men's brows include waxing, tweezing and grooming.

Brow tinting and henna staining are both available. Henna Stain is an alternative to tinting that stains the skin for up to one to two weeks and tints the brow for four to six weeks. Brow lamination lifts the brows for a fuller, feathered look that lasts up to four to six weeks, and includes shaping and a nourishing oil for at-home brow care. Brow and lash tints are formulated with argan oil and keratin.

Facial hair removal covers lip, chin, side face and full face waxing, and full face waxing with brow shaping is also offered. Skincare includes three Ayur-Medic custom facials: a 30-minute Lunchtime Glow with an antioxidant-rich mask, a 50-minute Classic with enzyme exfoliation and skin analysis, and a 60-minute Reset and Refresh with a peel or microdermabrasion.

Bookings require a credit card. Rescheduling for a conflict is allowed at least 48 hours ahead, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, with late cancellations charged 50 percent and no-shows charged the full service price. Clients running late should call ahead, and appointments more than 10 minutes late are treated as last-minute cancellations. Clients should stop retinoids a week before waxing, and henna requires an allergy test 48 hours beforehand and is not for anyone under 16.
