The Signature Brazilian Wax is the service the business describes as its most popular. The Deluxe Brazilian Wax adds a full Brazilian wax and a post-wax hydrogel mask, and is priced higher for first-time and returning clients alike.
Clients should arrive five minutes early to finish paperwork. Guests may wait in the lounge but are not allowed in the treatment room. Every service comes with a complimentary drink, and mocktails are available; guests who are 21 or older with valid ID may order alcoholic beverages. The studio is open Monday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice. Arriving more than five minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a fee of 50% of the services booked, and the same fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, charged to the card on file. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, roughly a quarter inch, before waxing.
Returning clients receive a discount on Brazilian waxes only, when the next one is booked and received within 10 weeks of the last appointment, counted from that appointment's date. Clients must be 18 or older for waxing unless a parent or legal guardian is present, and bikini waxes are available from age 14 with guardian approval.
Uses clean-ingredient, high-quality products and a mix of soft wax and hypoallergenic hard wax, with hard wax reserved for more sensitive areas. Ingrown hairs are treated in the studio when needed, with aftercare guidance to continue at home.
The studio is designed to feel calm and comfortable.

Clients who book and receive their next Brazilian wax within 10 weeks of their last appointment are eligible. The 10-week timeframe is counted from the date of your last appointment, not the booking date. Applies to Brazilian waxes only.
