Prices are starting prices and move with the actual size and length of the hair, so the final quote depends on the appointment. Hair that extends past the midback, measured as hair rather than braid length, carries an extra $45. Appointment times also vary with hair thickness and length, and every shampoo service includes a blow dry. Clients can add a shampoo and steam hydration boost to most services, or request the Restore Shampoo on its own.

Booking requires a retainer deposit, and that deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled. A cancellation made at least 24 hours ahead lets the retainer go toward one rescheduled visit, which must be used within 30 days of the original date and cannot be transferred. Travel requests follow the same retainer rules. Online booking opens as early as two hours before a same-day visit, depending on real-time openings, and clients can call or text for last-minute availability. Children are welcome only when they are getting a service, clients must sign a waiver before any service, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late is handled as a walk-in, which can push back start and end times. The business does not take responsibility for the condition of hair after services.

Braids are removed with the goal of keeping the client's natural hair intact, and the Braid Revive service focuses on scalp health for braids that stay in.
